A: Yes. All our fragrances are 100% authentic. We source them exclusively from reputable, authorized retailers and distributors within the UK to ensure genuine quality and customer satisfaction.

Q2: My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
A: Start by checking your tracking link (provided via email) and ask Neighbours or household members in case it was accepted on your behalf. If the order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@sniffbox.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Q3: My order is marked as “delivered” but I haven’t received it.
A: We’ll open an investigation with the courier. If it’s confirmed to be misdelivered, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. If the courier confirms successful delivery, we may not be able to offer compensation.

Q4: What if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
A: Please email us at info@sniffbox.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may have already started processing or shipping, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
