REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Sniff Box, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it fairly and in line with UK consumer law.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:
Check your tracking link (sent by email)
Check with neighbours or household members
If your order is still missing, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date, at info@sniffbox.co.uk
Please note:
In some circumstances, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund where:
The delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, or
The courier confirms successful delivery
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, please provide:
Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue
A photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label
Where an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must:
Be unused and unopened
Be in their original packaging
Have all seals intact
Show no signs of use, tampering, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfume decants, unless they are faulty or not as described
Gift cards and promotional items
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
For change-of-mind returns or incorrect purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A return fee of £3.50 applies
No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.
How to Start a Return
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us before sending any items back.

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos showing any damage or issue (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we may request additional information where repeated refund or replacement claims are made.
Claims may be declined where misuse or abuse is reasonably suspected, in line with applicable law.
Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
